Vista Community Association Management is a Florida firm that specializes in off-site management, on-site management, accounting services, and administrative services for Florida community associations.
Vista Community Association Management was established in 1989. We are currently providing our services from Jacksonville to Lakeland and serve a total of 23 cities in Florida.
By offering management services only, we avoid conflicts of interest that may be created when maintenance and other services are offered.. We are transparent, we are trustworthy, and we have strong integrity.
Our average customer retention period is more than 8 years. This record itself affirms our commitment to excellence every day.
Our unique size grants us the infrastructure to meet your association’s needs. It allows us the flexibility that is needed in order to cater to your association’s unique needs.
Our office is centrally located between Winter Park and Maitland. Its positioning is strategically selected to serve all Central Florida and beyond. Our ultra-modern building was built in 2019 and provides an urban feeling. It also provides plenty of space for education, training, and board meetings. Our clients and employees enjoy all of its ambiance and amenities.
Board Member Courses
We offer training programs for board members at various times through out the year. This empowers board members to better understand their roles and responsibilities, thus increasing their skills and knowledge.
We are constantly asking for feedback from our clients. We are planning a unique, useful seminar program to offer our board members.
Board Member Certification Course
This two hour course meets the state of Florida’s educational requirements of new board members. This seminar is free for our clients.
Lunch & Learn Course
Vista Management is proud to partner with trusted vendors that bring you a series of courses with a friendly touch. Topics include Florida-friendly landscaping, lake & pond maintenance, fining committees for covenant violations, insurance, collections and many more. This course is free for our clients.
Budget Planning Seminar
Vista Management offers a budget planning “Do's & Don’ts” seminar for our clients every year in June-July right before budget season. Board members do not need to be a financial expert. This seminar teaches you what is important for your association. Board members can apply new skills and information to your budget plan. This seminar is free for our clients.
